The Kahn family

Gerda Kahn is the widow Kahn-Bloch of this household on the Jewish monument. She and her eldest son Eric survived the war after years spent in hiding. The two younger sons Robert and Harry died at Auschwitz 6th Sept 1944
Gerda married Benjamin De Graaf Sept 1947 in Amsterdam. They emigrated to Australia in 1951. Eric emigrated to Australia in late 1952 after four and a half years living in Angola. He remained there married and raised a family of four children.
