I found the photo here: http://collections.yadvashem.org/photosarchive/en-us/16034.html and even though Rosalie is called Hella here, I managed to find out that her official name had to be Rosalie. The photo is from a wedding in the Abrahams family (Rosalie's maiden name). There were more photos of this wedding and more people were called by different names than their official names, so it was sometimes quite hard to identify them, but when I looked into it really carefully, I was able to trace most of them.
The photo is originally from Margret Levie, and was donated to Yad Vashem by Shlomo Abrahams. Maybe Yad Vashem can help you in tracing him? The archival signature of the photo is 2972/32.
