Death Date of Alfred de Haan

Alfred de Haan is listed in the "Death Books from Auschwitz" (K.G. Saur, 1995), which usually means that he was not murdered upon arrival, but was made to perform forced labor in the camp. His date of death (and these are not considered fictive) is September 3, 1942. Dates of death from Dutch records seem to be, as a rule, the declared date of death three days after deportation, which is obviously not necessarily the actual date.
