Jacob Ossendrijver and Kaatje Blom had three grown-up children. Their daughter Antje lived at the Pleinweg with her husband Louis Salomon Frank, their son Mozes Eliazer (named after Jacob's father) was an assistant nurse at the Israëlitisch Oudeliedengesticht in the same city. With his wife Sientje van der Ster, he lived at the Bergweg. They were all killed. One of Jacob and Kaatje's children survived. Levie Ossendrijver was Jacob's eldest brother.
