The police commissioner of Arnhem requested that Antonia Bettelheim-Kreiter and her son Heinrich Bettelheim be located, detained and brought to trial. They were both stateless. Antonia Bettelheim-Kreiter was a musician, and Heinrich Bettelheim had no occupation. They lived at 16 Driekoningenstraat in Arnhem. They had changed their address without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
