Aäron Blitz was the son of Abraham Blitz and Henriette de Hond. He worked as a hairdresser on the Krommestraat in Amersfoort. He was married to Vrouwtje de Groot. He and his wife had a daughter, Henriëtte, and two sons, Abraham and Israël.
