Ernestine Noach-Koninsky had six children. The oldest child, Alfred Alex, was a tailor by profession. He lived at the Jewish psychiatric institution the Apeldoornse Bos. One of the two children who survived the war died in the Joodse Invalide in Amsterdam soon after liberation.
