Salomon Simon van der Linde and his wife had four children. Abraham and his wife died in the war. Bernard José left for the Dutch Indies before the war broke out in the Netherlands to fight as a soldier for a division of the Dutch army in the Indies. He was shot down by enemy fire in 1944. The two other children (presumably) survived the war.
