Gross and his family

The mayor of Naarden requested that Elisabeth Gross-Maijer and her daughter Eva Jeannette Gross, residing in Naarden, be located, detained and brought to trial. They were suspected of having changed their place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding. They were believed to be holding aliens' passports issued by the Commissioner of South Holland, numbered 16157 and 15366.
