Leendert Schijveschuurder was born on 4 November 1887 in Amsterdam. His last residential address in the Netherlands was 31 Krugerstraat in Amsterdam. Leendert Schijveschuurder died during his evacuation from Bergen-Belsen on 22 May 1945 in Tröbitz.
Mr and Mrs Schijveschuurder had a range of jewellery, diamonds and other valuables stored elsewhere. Those valuable goods were seized by SD officer Schaap.
The archive of the Stichting Sieraden-Comité contains, among other things, a list of the stolen items as well as a statement of the right to inheritance from 1960.
