Bloeme Zwaaf-Roodveldt and her husband had three children. Both sons and a grand-child survived the warved at other addresses. The daughter Sara Zwaaf-Zwaaf and here daughter were killed in Auschwitz.
Addition of a visitor of the website
On 15 August 1944, two officers of the Amersfoort police found Bloeme Zwaaf-Roodveldt and her husband in a house at the Postweg in Leusden, where they had gone into hiding. The couple were locked up in the Detention centre at the Weteringschans in Amsterdam. From there, they were deported to Auschitz via Westerbork. Bloeme Roodveldt's husband survived the war.
