Chiel Meier Lubinski and Selma Simons moved in 1935 to the Nieuweburen 133 in Leeuwarden. They started a shop in the Nieuwe Oosterstraat 7, where they sold baker's wares and sugar wares. They ran the shop with two sisters of Chiel.
