Izaak Grobfeld and his family

Izaak Grobfeld, also known as Kropveld, was a butcher and a shopkeeper. In 1909 he purchased a site to build a house in Vlagtwedde. The City of Groningen owned this land and arranged for hereditary tenure. Izaak Grobfeld was married to Hendel Johanna Cohen. The couple lived at Munnekemoer Oost 27 in Ter Apel.

Izaak Grobfeld and Hendel Johanna Cohen were the parents of Adolf Grobfeld.
