Schulim Rabinowicz was the son of Heinrich Rabinowicz and Frieda Fernbach. he was first married to Berta Pauker. The couple had four children: Lina, Jetti Isidor and one child that was married and stayed behind in Poland. Berta Pauker died in 1934.
In 1942 Schulim Rabinowicz married Mietje de Jong, daughter of Hartog de Jong and Hanna Rijksman. She had been married to Jacob Ereira, who had died in 1935. From that marriage three children were born: Anna, a child that died before the war and a child that survived the war.
