Karel Levien Jacobson en Johanna van Beever got married on 2 October 1919 in the new synagogue in Amsterdam. The couple lived in Middelburg.

Karel Levien Jacobson and his family were forced to move on 24 March 1942 from Middelburg to Amsterdam. They lived there on Amstel 163, until they were deported to Westerbork in the night of 2 on 3 September 1942. From Westerbork they were immediately deported to Auschwitz.
