Moses Cohen was an artist. He was married. He and his wife lived in Amsterdam. Moses Cohen forged identity cards. In 1942 he tried to escape to Switzerland. He was caught at the French-Swiss border near the French village of Gex on 28 September 1942. Moses Cohen was deported to Auschwitz via the French transit camp at Drancy.
