Mietje Izaks-van Creveld moved to Woerden from Amsterdam on 16 September 1891. She lived at 83 Voorstraat in Woerden and was married to a butcher. She and her husband had one son, Eliazar and four daughters. The son married Henriëtte Glaser. They had four children: Gerson, Salomon Albert, Saartje Henriëtte and David Eduard.
Mietje Izaks-van Creveld and her husband surrendered a Philips radio. On 22 April 1943 Mietje Izaks-van Crefeld reached Vught concentration camp, from where she was deported to Westerbork on 8 May 1943. She was deported from Westerbork to Sobibor on 18 May 1943, where she was killed on 21 May 1943. Her husband went into hiding after a period at Vught concentration camp and survived the war.
