According to a statement from J. Goedhart, a mohel for the Dutch-Jewish Congregation, Gustaaf van Dam, son of Louis van Dam and Esther Silbernberg, was circumcised as stipulated by the rituals and regulations of the Congregation on 1 September 1921.
