Mozes Plotske was a son of Benedictus Plotske and Esther Spinoza. He married in Amsterdam on 25 April 1883 to Betje Pijnappel from Amsterdam, who passed away on 23 April 1915. His son-in-law Alice Isaac was married to their daughter Rebecca Plotske.
Mozes remarried on 10 March 1920 to Betje Velleman from Haarlem, who passed away on 23 October 1931.

Mozes Plotske died in the Hollandsche Schouwburg and was buried at the Jewish Cemetery of Diemen.
