Rosalia married in 1899 in Zaandam to Nehemia Cohen, they had two son's. Nehmia died in november 1927 in Amsterdam.
In 1932 she married Marcus Frank in Amsterdam, he died in 1936. From a previous marriage Marcus had at least four children.

The nephew of a neighbour of Rosalia Frank-Polak remembers mrs. Frank as an elderly woman, all alone, who serenely and acceptinly awaited what would happen. She was always knitting at the table in the living room in her rather dark appartment (with an alcove). Her hands trembled a bit, but she always conveyed a lot of calmness.
