Martha Schreiber and her husband Emanuel de Jonge had lost a lot of money during the depression in Germany. Then they opened a butcher’s shop in Winschoten at the Vischersdijk. The couple had four children. Two children have survived the war. Arnold de Jonge was married and was registered at a different address.
