Clara Snoek-van de Kar, a daughter of Emanuel Salomon van de Kar and Rebecca Joseph Vragtedrager, was since 5 March 1895 the widow ofRaphael Snoek, to whom she was married 3 September 1884 in Amsterdam. The couple had three children: Rebecca, Isaac and Emanuel (who died in 1920).
