Abraham Toncman, secretary of the Jewish community in Oude Pekela, wrote in the minutes book of the church council meetings that miss Henderika Mosbach had died on 16 November 1942. She was buried on 18 November 1942 in the Jewish cemetery. All five Jewish men still remaining in Oude Pekela attended the ceremony.
