Heintje van Bever was a daughter of Samson van Bever and Sientje Smeer. She married for the first time on 5 December 1934 in Amsterdam Cornelis Adrianus Poen. Ten months later this marriage was dissolved by a divorce on 22 October 1935. From this marriage, her son Samson was born.
Heintje van Bever married again on 9 December 1936 to Aron Theeboom, a son of Philip Theeboom and Catharina Voorzanger. In this wedlock three children have been born: Philip, Sientje and Catharina. Their marriage ended also by divorce on 8 May 1942.
Heintje self was born into a family of ten children. Three children have died in childhood, long before the war. One daughter passed away in Amsterdam during the Holocaust. Already on 16 July 1942 was Heintje van Bever deported from Westerbork to Auschwitz and on arrival there on 18 July immediately killed. Also her sister Sara and her brothers Aron, Samuel, Simon and Salomon were killed in the Shoah
