Jettchen Heinemann was the widow of Joseph van der Rhoer. She served as a witness at the wedding ceremony of her sister Dina Heinemann to David Markstein. The marriage was performed at Westerbork transit camp on 24 april 1943. Jettchen van der Rhoer-Heinemann signed the marriage certificate.
