Isaac Barber married 18 June 1941 in Amsterdam to Celina Winnik, a daughter of Jacob Winnik and Leentje Engelander.
Isaac Barber was born in a family of elven children; one brother died at young age and one sister survived the war. His other siblings, Meijer, Judic, Sientje, Elisabeth, Marianne, Sara, Salomon and Frederika have been killed all during the Holocaust.
