The Police Commissioner of Groningen requested that Abraham Schaap, living at 64 Adriaan Loosjesstraat in Haarlem be located, detained and brought to trial. He had escaped during his transport from the main station in Groningen. His description was given as follows: 'height 4'11", dark blond hair, dark blond eyebrows, round forehead, brown eyes, oval face'.
