Isaäc Speijer was the son of Jacob Speijer and Sophia Agsteribbe.
He married Marainne Schenkkan in 1910. The couple had three children: Esther, Sophia and one child that survived the war.

The third child in this family was married and lived in Hilversum. After his divorce he moved in with his parents, together with one of his two children. They both survived the war. His other child 467505, and his ex-wife, 467506, did not survive.
