Elisabeth de Wolf worked as an office clerk in the Apeldoornse Bos, where she was employed from 1 June 1942.

Elisabeth de Wolf was a daughter of Hartog de Wolf, who died in 1910. Hartog de Wolf had three daughters, one from a previous relationship. Elsiabeth's sister, half-sister and here mother survived the war.
Elisabeth lived till 26 May 1942 with her mother at the Schieweg 71c in Rotterdam. On that day she moved to Apeldoorn. She lived at Zutphenschestraat 106, that means interne. It was said, she spoke several languages and she worked as a secretary. She seems to be forewarned that the institute would be evacuated, but has decided not to use this information to go into hiding. Her mother went into hiding in 1942 and survived the war.
