Alfred Tuvy was brought to camp Ellecom with 138 other Jews to build a gymnastics hall and a sports hall. Three men died during the work, among whom Alfred Tuvi. On the three graves there is a memorial stone.

Alfred Tuvy resided in Rotterdam from 24 December 1891. He was naturalized on 19 May 1922. He was married.
