Erna Falk and her family lived in Cologne. In 1933 the family fled to the Netherlands.
During the war the parents and one child were transported to Bergen-Belsen. The other child went into hiding. When in 1945 Bergen-Belsen was evacuated Erna Weisz-Falk died en route near the German town Tröbitz. The other family members survived the war.

From 1933 until 1940 Erna Falk lived in the Dalialaan 44 in Aerdenhout. From 1940 she lived in Hilversum, until she was taken to Westerbork in 1942.
