Arnold Cok was a son of Lion Cok and Jansje Bierman. He married in Amsterdam on 4 April 1935 to Judith Dreese, who however passed away in April 1937. Arnold remarried on 11 March 1942 to Helena Gretha Katoen. Their son Leonard was born in camp Westerbork on July 30, 1943.
