The mayor of Winterswijk requested that Rosetta de Leeuw, widow of Ruben Meijers and residing at 54 Haitsma Mulierweg in Winterswijk, be located, detained and brought to trial. She had left her place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding. Identifying characteristics: 'About 5'5" tall, pale, thin face, greying hair, blue eyes, does not appear Jewish, wears spectacles.'
