Abraham Wilkens was a son of Isaac Wilkens and Lena Frenk. He married 24 August 1903 in Gulpen to Regina Gras, a daughter of Joel Gras and Sara Wollman. The couple had five children: two children were married to non-Jewish partners and have survived the war. The other children, who have been killed during the Holocaust were Selma, Izaak Abraham and Adolph Abraham.
