The mayor of Veghel requested that Isaac Daniel de Winter, of Dutch nationality, formerly living in the Heuvelstraat 16 in Veghel, be located, detained and brought to trial. He had left Veghel with an unclear destination and had changed his place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
