"Dearest Jan
I started the great journey. Yes dearest Jan it could not be helped, it was fate. Be brave because I am brave as well, and hope we will see eachother soon again. The journey is going well. Jan I don't know what else to write. Think about us together every now and then. Goodbye dearest, lots of love and many kisses from your Bertha."
