Sara Taubenblatt was a daughter of Yisroel Taubenblatt (died 1936) and a mother who survived the war. Both of her parents
came from Poland. She emigrated somewhere after 1936 from Germany to the Netherlands. It was her intention to go to Palestine from there. Four of her siblings survived the war.
