Regina Glaser was the daughter of Eliazer Jonas Glaser, who was a confectionery baker in Nijmegen, and Reintje Sanders. Eliazer died in 1924 in Nijmegen. Reintje died in the war.

The Arnhem police commissioner requested that Regina Kaatje Glaser be located, detained and brought to trial. She lived in Arnhem and had changed her place of residence without obtaining the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.

Together with her sister Kitty she was in hiding in Kamerik. In memory of this occurence there is a monument in Kamerik.
