Richard Wertheimer and Irma Frank were married at Westerbork transit camp on 19 October 1942. He was a merchant and a son of the merchant Leopold Wertheimer and Selma Löwenberger. She was the daughter of the cattle dealer Albert Frank and of Henriette Seligmann. Sally Heinz Frank, a brother of the bride, served as a witness and signed the marriage certificate.
