Elisabeth Cohen Bromet was a daughter of Jacob Cohen Bromet and Maria van Beezem. She married 28 November 1906 in Amsterdam to Alexander Goudeketting, a son of Levie Goudeketting and Heintje Moffie. The couple has seven children, of whom four children have died in their first or second year of their lives. Their other children were Jacob, Levie and Bloeme.
Alexander Goudeketting passed away on 16 April 1930 and was interred in the Jewish Cemetery in Diemen.
