Samuel Heide, a son of Leon Heide and Perle da Costa da Fonceca, married in 1942 to Henriette Acathan. Just before his wedding, he moved in with his parents-in-law at Spoorbaanstraat in Amsterdam, probably coming from Leeuwarden.
Samuel had a brother Juda who also have been killed during the Holocaust and one sister, who has survived the war.
