Andries Witteboon was a son of Meijer Witteboon and Eva Schellevis. He married in Amsterdam on 19 February 1941 to Sientje Krammer.

Andries Witteboon had been married for only 14 weeks when he was arrested. He was walking down the street with his wife, on the way to see his parents, when he was arrested in a raid and taken away. His wife was struck to the ground and hit her head. She was not taken away, and she survived the war. Andries Witteboon was deported to Mauthausen, where he died.
