Otto Weil was a son of Jakob Weil and Theresa Schwartz, who were married in 1892. Theresa however passed away already in 1901 and Jakob married a few years later Friederike (Rika) Stein.
In 1907 Otto's halfbrother Hugo Emanuel was born, and he has survived the Holocaust.
Otto Weil married 17 August 1933 in Cologne to Edith Settchen Meier from Bittburg (G), daughter of Isidor Meier and Sophie Meyer. The couple had two sons: Edwin Emanuel and Ralf Jacob.
Edith as well both her sons have survived the Holocaust.
