Roosje Stouwer-Visjager was married to Mozes Stouwer. In November 1942 she got a baby in Amsterdam. Her husband Mozes never saw his child, he was already deported. Roosje has given her child to a resistance fighter.
When it became evident after the war that the parents had not survived, the people who had hidden the child, did adopt it.
