Regina Son was a daughter of Simon Wolf Son and Lea Nunes Vaz. She married in Amsterdam on 20 October 1897 to Abraham Isaac, son of Eliazer Isaac and Esther Blok. Regina and Abraham had four children: Alice (born in London), Simon, Esther and Willem. Per 2 Februari 1905 Regina's name was removed from the Amsterdam municipal register as she became a resident of the "Apeldoornse Bos".
