Marianna Gompers, daughter of Mozes Gompers and Roosje Velleman, married in Antwerp on 31 October 1922 to Raphaël Casoetto, son of Mozes Casoetto and Sara Hijmans.

Marianna Gompers was deported from Mechelen to Auschwitz with the 6th convoy on 27 August 1942, which arrived 30 Augtust 1942 in Auschwitz. After a stop in Kozel, about 80 km west from Auschwitz, were 280 men between 15 and 50 years at the max were forced to leave the train to be employed as forced laborers in the surrounding labor camps of Auschwitz, the train went onwards to Auschwitz. On arrival there all, among them also Marianne Casoetto-Gompers, were immediately killed.
