Margaretha Marx was a daughter of Maurits Bernard Marx and Clara Hartogs. She married Joseph Hornman in 1922 in Rotterdam. She died of cancer. After her death her only son went to live with his uncle and aunt, Jacob Hornman and Kaatje Frank. He survived the war.
