Marianne Rozelaar was Abraham Rozelaar and Margaretha Philip's oldest daughter. Due to infantile paralysis, Marianne was handicapped.
During the war she was in hiding in Alkemade, near Leiden. She got sick there. Because she did not have access to medical support, she died in her hiding place. Marianne was buried there under a false name.
