Esther Englander was a daughter of Nathan Englander and Lea Rimini. She married 29 January 1915 in Zaandam Karel Biedermann, a son of Maijer Markus Biedermann and Justine Kann. The couple had one daughter: Justina, who was married 1 April 1942 in Amsterdam to Jacob Vos (born 13-5-1917). About Jacob Vos is nothing further known.
Esther Englander was born into a family of eight children. Two of them (a sister and a brother) have survived the Holocaust. The others, Eliazer, Judith, Jacques, Samuel Henri and Louis, have been killed too in the Shoah.
