The Police Commissioner of the Juvenile Bureau in Amsterdam requested that the minor Abraham Polak, born on 26 January 1922 in Amsterdam, living at 8 Moddermolensteeg, third floor in Amsterdam, be located, detained and brought to trial. He had been missing since 15 July 1942. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
His description was given as follows: 'height 5'9"m, medium build, light-blond, brown eyes; dressed in blue suit, striped shirt with soft collar, low black shoes; bareheaded'.
